Delete your ChunkIt account

ChunkIt is an English learning app made by Hagen Creative. You can delete your ChunkIt account and its data at any time, either in the app or by emailing us.
Option 1: Delete in the app (immediate)
- Open ChunkIt and sign in.
- Tap the Profile tab.
- Under Account, tap Delete account.
- Tap Delete to confirm.
Your account and data are deleted right away, and you are signed out.
Option 2: Ask us by email
If you no longer have the app, or cannot sign in:
- Send an email to admin@canonlessons.com from the email address linked to your ChunkIt account.
- Use the subject "Delete my ChunkIt account" and include your ChunkIt username and how you sign in (email, Google or Apple).
- We may reply to confirm the account is yours before deleting it.
We complete email requests within 30 days and let you know when it is done.
What we delete
- Your account and sign-in details (email address, password hash, Google or Apple account link). If you signed in with Apple, we also disconnect ChunkIt from your Apple ID.
- Your username and nickname.
- Your learning progress: completed stories, game results, flashcard review history and schedule, bookmarked words and review list.
- Your Premium purchase records and invite code links.
- Feedback and problem reports you sent while signed in.
What we keep
- Basic usage events (for example, "Premium screen opened") are kept, but they are no longer linked to you or your account.
- Apple and Google keep their own records of your purchases under their own privacy policies.
Deleting your account does not cancel a Premium subscription. Please cancel it first in the App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
